The conference hall—150 pax capacity, 144 sq ft stage area, 1265 sq ft seating area and 720 sq ft dining area included in the project brief. the design met all functional requirements.

The pool facilities are open daily from 8AM to 8PM (the pool timings are strictly enforced for guest safety) and include a main pool of 470 sq ft along with a smaller 100 sq ft baby pool.
